Adur Retail and Town Centres Study 2024

The purpose of the Study is to inform the preparation of the emerging review of the Adur Local Plan 2017 (ALP). It aims to provide the council with an up‐to‐date, objective assessment of the health of centre in the council area and considers possible strategic policy responses to prevalent and emerging retail and town centre issues.
