We are currently experiencing technical issues with the system we use to access records for Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Council Tax support for both Adur and Worthing. This means our advisers on the phone, and at our face to face offices cannot access or amend information relating to Council Tax or Benefits accounts in both areas. We are working with the system provider to fix this as soon as possible.

Adur & Worthing Councils are trialling sending council tax reminders by SMS (texts). The SMS includes a link to pay on the website. The link address will always contain the domain name .gov.uk
