Freemen of the Worthing Borough

A Freeman of the Borough is any person of distinction who has in the opinion of the Council, given eminent service to the Borough.

This title is honorary and does not give any special privileges or rights on the holder.

Freemen are invariably called to participate in all important Borough ceremonial occasions.
