There are two planning committees at Adur & Worthing Councils that deal with planning matters:

• Adur planning committee
• Worthing planning committee

Adur planning committee

This is for planning applications within Lancing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Sompting and Southwick and deals with all planning, listed building consent, conservation area consent and advertisement consent applications; tree preservation orders and enforcement action relating to unauthorised building works or breach of conditions where applications have been approved.
