If you work in a Controlled Parking Zones (CPZ) or do not live in the same zone, you can apply for a non-resident parking permit. These are issued for a specified road only, not the entire zone.

- Low emission vehicles are those that emit less than 50g CO2/km and are able to travel at least 70 miles (112km) without any emissions at all.
