New homes for our residents: Wilmot Road/Wilds Row, Shoreham-by-Sea
About the site
We've built five new sustainable council homes on the site of former garages off Wilmot Road in Shoreham, for Adur citizens in need of somewhere to live.
The four two-bedroom houses and one one-bedroom accessible bungalow in the new Wilds Row cul-de-sac are well insulated and warmed through air source heat pumps, making them energy efficient and cheaper to run for future tenants.
The project was completed in May 2024, see:

They also have gardens, water butts, EV charging points and additional trees and planting to reduce the impact on the environment.
