New homes for our residents: Sylvan Road/Avon Close, Sompting

About the site

This former garage site is close to Sompting Village Primary School and Sompting Recreation Ground.

Our contractors demolished the old garages, cleared the land and built for us four two-bedroom council houses and two one-bedroom council bungalows with off-street parking and private gardens. There is also a large parking area for visitors and other residents of the area.
