New homes for our residents: St Giles Close, Shoreham-by-Sea

About the site

This former garage site was identified as part of our Hidden Homes study as somewhere that new good-quality council housing could be created.
The site is located near to Shoreham town centre in a sustainable location and has a children and family centre nearby as well as Park Avenue open space.

We replaced the garage compound with two 2-bedroom houses and two 1-bedroom bungalows, each with off-street parking and private gardens.
