New homes for our residents: Leconfield Road, Lancing

About the site

This was a former storage site which had long been earmarked as having the potential to deliver much-needed new council homes for Adur residents.
It was the smallest site in our small sites programme, but the design allowed for two 2-bedroom houses with private gardens and off-street parking to be built there.
