We are currently experiencing technical issues with the system we use to access records for Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Council Tax support for both Adur and Worthing. This means our advisers on the phone, and at our face to face offices cannot access or amend information relating to Council Tax or Benefits accounts in both areas. We are working with the system provider to fix this as soon as possible.
 
You can still login to view limited information via the self service system: Council Tax login | Benefits login | Landlords login.

If you are receiving Housing Benefit payments from a tenant, you can use your Self-Service account to check payments and view any letters that have been sent to you.

You will not have access to your tenant's personal information in relation to their Housing Benefit entitlement.
