South Downs National Park - planning applications and information
Since 1st April 2012 any planning and related constraint information for properties and land within the South Downs National Park (SDNP) has been created and maintained by the SDNP authority. This information will be supplied to Adur & Worthing Councils in order to compile official local searches. The Local Land Charges Section has no direct access to SDNP records, and answers to the Local Land Charges Register and CON29 will be compiled according to the information received. If further details are required, your request should be sent directly to the SDNP.
Any planning and related constraint information created prior to 1st April 2012 will be maintained by Adur & Worthing Councils and queries relating to this data should be sent to Planning.
