Register to view your Council Tax account online

If you have just moved to a new address in Adur or Worthing, you will need to let us know before you can register for an online account:

• Report a change of address or circumstances

Before you start

You will need to provide us with some information to confirm your identity. This could include:

• your Council Tax account reference number
• bank account number if you pay by Direct Debit
• the date in the month your Council Tax installment is due
• amount of your last Council Tax payment

If during the registration process you are unable to provide answers for us to confirm your identity, you will need to contact us.

Worthing - Register for an online account

After registering you will be sent an email asking you to verify your email address. Once your email address has been verified you will only need your username and password to log in to your online account.

You are able to register to add more than one of our online services to your account if they are relevant to you (Benefits, Council Tax, Business Rates or Landlord), but you will need to answer different security questions for each service you add.
