Childcare costs
You can claim child benefit if you are responsible for bringing up a child under the age of 16 (or under 20 if they are in education or training):
All children aged 3 to 4 in England are entitled to 15 hours of free childcare. Some may be eligible for 30 hours free childcare, depending on your income and whether you are working:
