Property surveys to start in June 2024 by contractor Michael Dyson Associates Ltd

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd. has been appointed to carry out stock condition and energy surveys on behalf of Adur District Council. The data gathered from the surveys will be used to plan for future investment programmes. Each surveyor will have ID and a letter of authority from Adur District Council.

The survey takes no more than approximately 20 minutes and comprises a visual assessment of the internal and external components of your home, including: windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, heating appliances, etc.

What happens after the survey?

Once Michael Dyson Associates have completed all surveys, a report on the overall condition of our stock is produced. The data obtained from the surveys will be used to plan for repairs and future investment programmes.
