Balconies - Locks Court, Coates Court, Sea House & Grange Court

Adur Homes have recently carried out a number of balcony surveys across the Southwick Estate to inform an interim package of works. These surveys have identified that some of the balconies require immediate attention. Residents must stop using their balconies until concrete and structural repairs can be made. The works required to make them safe will be included as part of the interim package of works due to start in the coming months.
