Local Development Scheme (Adur)

The council's Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out the timetable for the preparation of local development documents over a three-year period (2025-2028). A review of the Adur Local Plan is expected to commence in September 2025. However this is dependent on publication of new government regulations for plan making which are expected in summer 2025.
