Adur Homes - new sites: Wilmot Road/Wilds Row, Shoreham-by-Sea

About the site

Adur Homes logo (145)

We've built five new sustainable council homes on the site of former garages off Wilmot Road in Shoreham, for Adur citizens in need of somewhere to live.

The four two-bedroom houses and one one-bedroom accessible bungalow in the new Wilds Row cul-de-sac are well insulated and warmed through air source heat pumps, making them energy efficient and cheaper to run for future tenants.

They also have gardens, water butts, EV charging points and additional trees and planting to reduce the impact on the environment.

These photos include shots inside the new bungalow, which features a wetroom and a specially adaptable kitchen that has been designed specifically for wheelchair users.
