Communal area asbestos management surveys

Adur Homes are responsible for carrying out asbestos management surveys throughout all of our communal areas. We have instructed Environtech Ltd to start a programme of surveys throughout our blocks.

Works started in October 2022 and were completed by Summer/Autumn 2023.

Further asbestos management surveys will be confirmed and reviewed as works are identified and confirmed.

Should any remedial works be required we will write to you directly, with further information relating to any work in your block.

The surveys are not an intrusive or noisy task, and pose no risk to our residents.
