Benefits Council Tax Support and Housing Benefit

Please note: Due to an administrative error, some customers who would usually receive their Housing Benefit payments fortnightly have been sent payments early.

The second payment, which should have been received in the bank account on Monday 20th October 2025, to cover the period 6th October 2025 to 19th October 2025 has been paid on 13th October 2025, and has therefore been paid a week early.

We will not attempt to recall this payment, but to rectify this, no payments will be made on 20th October 2025. Payments will return to the normal date effective 3rd November 2025.
